About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the CEO with organizing and prioritizing work tasks while ensuring effective communication. Involves hybrid work in a modern company.

Responsibilities

  • Organisation, prioritization and coordination of appointments, meetings and projects
  • Support on strategic and operational matters for the CEO
  • Preparation of meetings, documents and decision materials
  • Taking on and tracking tasks, to-dos and follow-ups
  • Coordination of internal and external communication
  • Creation and maintenance of presentations, briefings and reports
  • Planning and organizing business trips and events
  • Structuring the workday — you ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in an assistant role, ideally at the executive level
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High discretion, reliability and ability to work independently
  • Enjoy anticipating needs, structuring work and ensuring tasks are completed end-to-end
  • Proficient in MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • A positive, solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
