Responsibilities
Organisation, prioritization and coordination of appointments, meetings and projects
Support on strategic and operational matters for the CEO
Preparation of meetings, documents and decision materials
Taking on and tracking tasks, to-dos and follow-ups
Coordination of internal and external communication
Creation and maintenance of presentations, briefings and reports
Planning and organizing business trips and events
Structuring the workday — you ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
Several years of experience in an assistant role, ideally at the executive level
Strong organizational and communication skills
High discretion, reliability and ability to work independently
Enjoy anticipating needs, structuring work and ensuring tasks are completed end-to-end
Proficient in MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
A positive, solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
