About the role

  • HR Generalist working as a working student in HR team, managing recruiting and employee engagement. Contributing to all facets of modern HR management in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Active sourcing & talent acquisition: You identify qualified candidates across various channels and proactively approach them.
  • End-to-end recruiting process: From the job posting and candidate communication through to contract signing.
  • Initial interviews & candidate management: You conduct interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • When required: Talent acquisition support for client projects.
  • HR Administration & People Ops: Support with payroll processing: data entry, time tracking, allowances and communication with the tax advisor.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: You support new employees from day one and organize structured offboarding processes.
  • Contract Management: Drafting and maintaining employment contracts, amendments and addenda.
  • HR Processes & Systems: Maintaining and optimizing our HR system (e.g., Personio, Google Workspace).
  • Digitization of HR workflows and document management.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: You prepare HR metrics and provide data to support management decisions.
  • Performance Management & Employee Experience: Support in preparing and conducting performance reviews and feedback conversations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Point of contact for employees with HR questions and concerns.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on HR, business or social sciences — alternatively, initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Structured & independent working style: You can manage multiple processes in parallel and have a talent for organization.
  • Strong communication skills & empathy: You can engage candidates for our roles and create a positive application experience.
  • Experience with active sourcing & recruiting tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets and ATS systems are familiar to you.
  • Hands-on mentality & proactivity: You bring forward ideas, optimize existing workflows and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
