About the role

  • Business Development Representative engaging commercial real estate professionals in New York City at a fast-growing SaaS company. Focusing on lead generation and pipeline management for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels targeting commercial real estate brokers and related professionals
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule 30+ high-quality meetings per month for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to align on account strategy and messaging
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data within the CRM
  • Use performance data and feedback to continuously improve outreach tactics and messaging

Requirements

  • 6–18 months of prior SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confidence in phone-based outreach
  • High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset with a desire to exceed targets
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; able to work in-office 4 days per week
