Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations for our global e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of online sales initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth
Assist the Sr. Director of E-commerce in analyzing marketplace expansion efforts and process coordination
Provide leadership by operating and managing three regional e-commerce organizations, ensuring smooth workflow
Manage daily business operations by facilitating collaboration among team leadership to elevate e-commerce experience industry standards
Assist the Sr. Director of Operations by leading marketplace expansion efforts and coordinating process coordination
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends
Ability to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence, including leveraging industry knowledge, best-in-class technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, order management systems, CRMs), and delivering a best-in-class customer experience
