About the role

  • Primary point of contact for our prominent restaurant partners on behalf of Lieferando.
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities with strategic key account partners in Germany.
  • Expanding and further developing your own customer base within the company.
  • Account relationship management: providing excellent, independent, and comprehensive service/support and serving as the primary contact for our strategic accounts on all matters.
  • Negotiating partnerships with key decision-makers of individual chains and supporting pilot projects.
  • Independently planning, preparing, and conducting annual, acquisition, closing, and pricing meetings, as well as follow-up and documentation.
  • Closely collaborating with your Team Lead and our global team to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

  • A degree in business/economics, commercial vocational training, or equivalent qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or key account management
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • High level of professionalism and expertise in contract negotiations and managing strategic clients
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with persuasive negotiation abilities
  • A self-directed, structured, and efficient working style and a confident demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in continuously developing and pursuing new solutions
  • Willingness to travel frequently to clients (a company car is provided)
  • Proficient with Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce, and common communication tools such as Slack.
