About the role

  • Sales Manager:in B2B responsible for contacting and advising clients on political services. Involves contract negotiations, market analysis, and participation in conferences.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively contact prospective clients for our political specialist services and advise them on the different offerings
  • You independently conduct contract negotiations and manage existing clients, always keeping up- and cross-selling opportunities in mind
  • You analyze the market and competitive landscape and actively develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth
  • As part of media partnerships, you participate in conferences and congresses and represent Tagesspiegel Fachinformationen there
  • You contribute within the team to further develop existing growth-driving initiatives and sales concepts, looking beyond the immediate scope to help achieve business success
  • You report regularly to your team lead; together you monitor and manage your KPIs

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration) or commercial vocational training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or direct sales
  • Basic interest in political topics
  • Confident knowledge of all MS Office applications and Salesforce
  • Advisory-oriented mindset and service focus, combined with a strong passion for substantive, well-founded customer dialogue
  • Confident manner on the phone as well as in face-to-face client interactions
  • You are able to quickly establish rapport with potential clients—from operational staff to senior management
