Responsibilities
You proactively contact prospective clients for our political specialist services and advise them on the different offerings
You independently conduct contract negotiations and manage existing clients, always keeping up- and cross-selling opportunities in mind
You analyze the market and competitive landscape and actively develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth
As part of media partnerships, you participate in conferences and congresses and represent Tagesspiegel Fachinformationen there
You contribute within the team to further develop existing growth-driving initiatives and sales concepts, looking beyond the immediate scope to help achieve business success
You report regularly to your team lead; together you monitor and manage your KPIs
Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration) or commercial vocational training
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or direct sales
Basic interest in political topics
Confident knowledge of all MS Office applications and Salesforce
Advisory-oriented mindset and service focus, combined with a strong passion for substantive, well-founded customer dialogue
Confident manner on the phone as well as in face-to-face client interactions
You are able to quickly establish rapport with potential clients—from operational staff to senior management
