  • Sales Manager:in B2B at Tagesspiegel focused on political and economic decision-makers. Engage in proactive sales, contract negotiations, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively contact prospects for our political specialist services and advise them on the different offerings.
  • You independently conduct contract negotiations and manage existing customers — always keeping up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities in mind.
  • You analyze the market and competitive situation and actively develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships to promote sustainable growth.
  • As part of media partnerships, you participate in conferences and congresses and represent Tagesspiegel Fachinformationen.
  • You contribute within the team to further develop existing growth‑driving measures and sales concepts and think beyond conventional boundaries to help drive business success.
  • You report regularly to your team lead; together you monitor your KPIs.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration) or commercial/vocational training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or direct sales.
  • A basic interest in political topics.
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office applications and Salesforce.
  • Consultative mindset and service orientation, combined with a strong passion for a well‑founded customer dialogue.
  • Confident presence on the phone and in personal customer contact.
  • You quickly establish rapport with potential customers — from operational staff to executive level.
