About the role

  • Marketing Managerin in Lizenzvertrieb handling B2B marketing campaigns and lead nurturing for Tagesspiegel Fachinformationen. Focused on strategic development and performance tracking in Berlin's media landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic campaign development: design, implementation and continuous optimization of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness and lead nurturing to conversion
  • Targeted audience communication: develop tailored communications for different target segments within the licensing business
  • Active management and strategic expansion of our LinkedIn sales activities (including Sales Navigator): close collaboration with the sales team to maximize commercial impact
  • Planning, organization and follow-up of trade shows, conferences and industry events with clear sales objectives in focus
  • Editorial production, distribution and performance tracking of targeted newsletters: for customer retention and lead nurturing
  • Daily sparring partner for the sales team: translating sales goals into marketing measures, joint campaign planning and creation of sales enablement materials
  • Monitoring, reporting and deriving actionable recommendations: based on key marketing and sales KPIs
  • Observing relevant marketing trends and deriving and implementing innovative measures: to further develop our sales marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with sales proximity in the media, tech or licensing sectors
  • Strong LinkedIn skills — you understand algorithms, content formats and how to turn attention into leads
  • Experience in trade show and event marketing with a focus on brand presence and lead pipeline
  • Practical experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Agnitas) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Creativity, organizational talent and a good sense for target groups along the customer journey
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a clear focus on impact and performance
  • Sense for trends and enthusiasm for innovation: you monitor relevant developments in (sales) marketing, test new approaches and derive concrete impulses for our work
