Responsibilities

Daily sparring partner for the sales team: translating sales goals into marketing measures, joint campaign planning and creation of sales enablement materials
Monitoring, reporting and deriving actionable recommendations: based on key marketing and sales KPIs
Observing relevant marketing trends and deriving and implementing innovative measures: to further develop our sales marketing strategy
Requirements
Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with sales proximity in the media, tech or licensing sectors
Strong LinkedIn skills — you understand algorithms, content formats and how to turn attention into leads
Experience in trade show and event marketing with a focus on brand presence and lead pipeline
Practical experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Agnitas) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Creativity, organizational talent and a good sense for target groups along the customer journey
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a clear focus on impact and performance
