Interim Head of Brand & POS Marketing for L’Osteria overseeing strategic and operational marketing initiatives. Responsible for brand development and leading a marketing team for a leading European gastronomy brand.
Responsibilities
In this role you will cover for the current position holder on a fixed-term basis for one year and ensure smooth operations during their parental leave.
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Brand Marketing & Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM).
You will further develop the L’Osteria brand in close coordination with the CMO, manage integrated campaigns, and ensure that brand management and local activation work effectively together across the entire customer journey.
You will sharpen the brand strategy and ensure consistent, high-performing brand stewardship across all touchpoints—nationally, locally at POS, and internationally.
You will manage integrated 360° campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and sales and oversee above-the-line media planning with a clear focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
In Local Restaurant Marketing you will deliver quickly scalable POS and activation concepts, oversee roll-out, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
In parallel you will structure international marketing and communication processes and ensure seamless collaboration with international partners.
As an interim leader you will manage a team of three direct reports in a clear, results-oriented way, oversee external agencies and service providers, and hold budget responsibility.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in brand marketing, ideally in the food, hospitality, retail, or FMCG sectors
Proven leadership experience (at least a small team), including budget responsibility
Deep experience in managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns and a very good understanding of POS and local marketing mechanics
Confident stakeholder management at C-level and experience working with agencies and external partners
Experience building or further developing marketing portals or tool landscapes
Interim experience or high adaptability in complex organizational structures
