About the role

  • Auxiliar SDR facilitating sales development at Tactus, a digital accounting firm. Handling leads and collaborating with sales teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales leads to schedule meetings with prospective clients for our sales representatives
  • Proactively reach out to leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email, focusing on engagement and meeting scheduling
  • Understand prospects' needs and present solutions aligned with their accounting and tax requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring the quality of generated opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and activities in the CRM
  • Identify pains, challenges, and opportunities in leads, using a consultative approach
  • Work alongside sales representatives to ensure an efficient commercial process flow, from qualification through to closing
