Third Party Account Manager responsible for growth of Delivery Services Providers at Taager. Coordinating relationships and ensuring compliance with operational standards in Cairo office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the relation between Taager teams and Partners
Build relationships between the vendor support center and partner
Build relationships between the Partner and customer
Develop administrative standards and policies for hubs and ensure their compliance
Follow up with partners on the Service level agreement
Prepare account status reports
Handle and follow up on daily issues between partner, customer, and operation teams
Responsible for updating the lost liability from 3PL
Requirements
At least 1 year experience as 3PL Account Manager
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong customer service focus
Supportive team player
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics is preferred
Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (verbal and written)
Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
