About the role

  • Account manager managing e-trade marketing strategies at Easyparapharmacie, leveraging deep insights for business growth. Collaborating within a dynamic and innovative team in Nice.

Responsibilities

  • Within the Trade department and reporting to the Head of E‑trade Marketing, you will be responsible for:
  • Commercial strategy and account management (laboratories).
  • Management of digital activation plans: Define, plan and execute commercial activation strategies (promotions, peak events, product launches) in alignment with performance objectives (revenue and margin).
  • Negotiation and optimization: Lead budget negotiations and implement strategies to optimize client sell‑out and ensure the ROI of trade marketing activations.
  • Portfolio management: Manage and retain a portfolio of laboratories, including regular follow‑ups, performance reviews and a deep understanding of their business challenges.
  • Business intelligence and e‑trade performance reporting & data viz: Design and develop complex, customized dashboards and reports to monitor e‑trade levers (revenue, traffic, conversion).
  • Strategic analysis: Carry out cross‑data analyses to diagnose performance and provide strategic recommendations (placement optimization, business development).
  • Own‑brand development (Parakeya) and market monitoring – Product & brand management: Manage the marketing and promotional plan for the private label, oversee product lifecycle management and coordinate new product launches.
  • Market monitoring and performance: Conduct market analysis (trends, competitors) to identify product development opportunities and rigorously track key KPIs (sales, margins, market share).
  • Operations and process excellence – Administrative and financial management: Ensure the administrative management of commercial operations (preparing quotes, invoicing via SAP, handling unpaid invoices).
  • Continuous improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement of business processes, including by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role.
  • E‑trade expertise: Deep understanding of sell‑out optimization mechanisms and sales performance drivers.
  • Analysis & BI: Ability to conduct cross‑statistical analyses and interpret business KPIs (revenue, traffic, margin, market share).
  • Tools: Practical or theoretical knowledge of an ERP or invoicing/commercial management tool (e.g., SAP).
  • Digital: Familiarity with BI tools, notably GA4 (plus: Looker Studio) and traffic acquisition tracking platforms.
  • Business and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Rigour and organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
