Responsibilities
Support our clients in initiating, conceptualizing and implementing digitization projects
Act as technical facilitator in developing interdisciplinary solution concepts for IT projects (e.g., together with experts from applications, operations and infrastructure)
Serve as technical sub-project lead in IT projects
Support the overall project management in implementation and control of IT-related projects
Prepare decision documents for steering/governance committees
Identify technical project risks early and support pragmatic problem-solving
Manage external service providers within IT projects
Prepare technical tender/procurement documentation together with experts from other departments
Review technical specifications and solution concepts from external vendors as part of procurement processes
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training with many years of relevant professional experience in the IT field, or a degree in Business Informatics/Computer Science with appropriate IT background, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience contributing to IT projects, preferably in technical project leadership or as a solution architect
Broad know-how across different disciplines of information processing (IT all-rounder)
Experience in drafting technical specifications
Desirable: experience in IT consulting
Strong team and customer orientation, resilience, goal- and quality-orientation
Solid knowledge of project management
High self-motivation and strong analytical skills
Structured working style combined with strong problem-solving ability
German: business fluent in spoken and written form
