Requirements
- More than 10 years of IT experience
- 8+ years in Salesforce
- Multi-cloud solutioning experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Service & Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and help implementation
- Good understanding of the technical features and functionalities of the Salesforce platform
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, Marketing)
- Lead Requirements gathering sessions and document the requirements.
- Contribute to developing test plans and drive the testing during both QA and UAT
- Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile projects
- Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team
- Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
