Responsibilities
Lead and execute change management strategies for the implementation of new ways of working for a project or programme across Ireland operating companies.
Apply Prosci change management principles to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance.
Develop and deliver communication plans, training programmes, and engagement strategies to support transformation.
Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to identify change impacts and facilitate smooth transitions.
Conduct readiness assessments and define action plans to ensure successful adoption.
Develop and implement KPIs to measure change effectiveness and user adoption rates.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on coaching for key stakeholders.
Identify and address risks related to change management and user adoption.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure continuous improvement in ERP utilisation.
Requirements
Proven experience in cultural and/or digital change and transformation in a complex environment.
Strong background in Prosci methodology and other change management frameworks.
Experience leading change initiatives in large, multinational organisations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in training and developing change agents within the organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Power BI, and project management tools.
