Responsibilities
- Piloter et gérer l’ensemble des activités de la boutique en collaboration avec le Responsable Boutique
- Assurer la satisfaction totale du client et assurer une forte présence terrain
- Assurer avec son équipe les opérations d’enregistrement et d'encaissement des achats
- Veiller à la bonne tenue de l’ensemble de la boutique
- Animer, organiser et motiver les équipes
- Former de façon continue le personnel
- Garantir la maîtrise et le suivi des procédures
- Gérer les équipes boutique, atelier, caisse et stock en l’absence du Responsable Boutique
- Assurer la bonne ouverture et fermeture des caisses
Requirements
- De formation commerciale
- Expérience en Boutique (à forte affluence) entre 3 et 5 ans
- Connaissance des produits cosmétiques et/ou bio est un atout
- Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Bon niveau oral en anglais
- Maîtrise logiciels bureautiques (Pack office) et caisse (idéalement Cegid)
