Responsibilities
Piloter et gérer l’ensemble des activités de la boutique en assurant la satisfaction clients et l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux
Manager votre équipe de vente, caisse, stock et atelier
Être responsable de la qualité de l'accueil, prestations, services et conseils clients
Effectuer des reportings et des analyses d'activité et proposer des pistes d’amélioration continue
Optimiser les plannings en respectant les budgets alloués
Assurer la formation du personnel aux bonnes pratiques d'accueil, de conseil et de vente
Veiller aux approvisionnements, l'objectif étant « zéro rupture »
Assurer le suivi des caisses et la conformité des remises en banque
Coordonner les entreprises de services extérieures pour assurer la conformité et sécurité des locaux
Être en charge de la présentation de la boutique et des abords extérieurs.
Requirements
De formation commerciale
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en management d’équipe dans le secteur de la vente au détail
Connaissance des produits cosmétiques et/ou bio est un atout
Maîtrise des enjeux du métier retail : conseil clients, reporting, indicateurs de performance, gestion des stocks
Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Pack office) et caisse (idéalement Cegid)
