- Optimize sales staffing models
- Ensure seamless launch of ancillary programs in new or renovated venues

- Develop staffing models and manage ancillary product managers
- Build training programs, scripting, and sales incentives
- Implement and optimize sales technology
- Lead operational readiness for new venues and major renovations
- Partner with GMs to identify new revenue opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks
- Upsell Management using Ticketmaster for special projects and new initiatives
Requirements
- Working knowledge of local and regional markets
- Concert operations
- Computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing)

- Skilled in interpersonal communications
- Organizational concepts and financial knowledge
- Ability to delegate and follow up
- Relate to staff, guests, and clients positively
