Onsite Product Ancillary driving execution of revenue programs at Live Nation venues throughout the United States. Overseeing sales execution and optimizing staff training for ancillary product offerings.
Responsibilities
Drive execution of ancillary revenue programs at the venue level
Maximize onsite conversion
Optimize sales staffing models
Ensure seamless launch of ancillary programs in new or renovated venues
Oversee onsite sales execution across all ancillary products
Develop staffing models and manage ancillary product managers
Build training programs, scripting, and sales incentives
Implement and optimize sales technology
Lead operational readiness for new venues and major renovations
Partner with GMs to identify new revenue opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks
Upsell Management using Ticketmaster for special projects and new initiatives
Requirements
Working knowledge of local and regional markets
Concert operations
Computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing)
Guest relations
Skilled in interpersonal communications
Organizational concepts and financial knowledge
Ability to delegate and follow up
Relate to staff, guests, and clients positively
Three to five years of experience in the concert industry
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds
