- Supervise teams.

- Oversee and coordinate resources related to the industrialization of new products by leading working groups, producing prototypes and pre-series.
- Ensure industrial feasibility in accordance with the company's rationalization and standardization objectives.
- Optimize and coordinate flows.
- Improve the performance of the activity by proposing and implementing action plans related to time-to-market and industrial performance indicators.
- Lead, facilitate and coordinate a multidisciplinary team with hierarchical or functional links related to the activity.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Experience managing teams in a hierarchical or functional capacity.
- Fluent professional English.
- Analytical and synthesis skills / Good listener, responsible and detail-oriented.
