Remotely validate field installations performed via the SYOS platform;
Perform technical adjustments on the platform (certificates, migrations, sensor renaming);
Assist with scheduling installations, uninstallations and recalibrations;
Provide remote technical support to field teams;
Track and follow up on activities through the CRM.
Requirements
High school diploma (required)
