About the role

  • Technical Support Technician for an IoT startup validating installations and providing remote support. Involves technical adjustments on the SYOS platform and coordination with field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Remotely validate field installations performed via the SYOS platform;
  • Perform technical adjustments on the platform (certificates, migrations, sensor renaming);
  • Assist with scheduling installations, uninstallations and recalibrations;
  • Provide remote technical support to field teams;
  • Track and follow up on activities through the CRM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Technical course in Electrical, Electroelectronics, Information Technology or related fields (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
