- Hjælpe Scania Danmark med opfølgning på produktkvalitet og forbedringsforslag mod de globale teams for at sikre oppetid for kunderne
- Bidrag til teknisk og kommerciel træning af forhandlernetværket
- Analyse af flådekunders værkstedsbesøg med fokus på effektivisering og bedre kundeløsninger
Requirements
- Har en teknisk uddannelse (fx mekaniker, Tekniker, maskiningeniør, maskintekniker eller lignende)
- Har interesse for lastbiler, teknik og systemer – Praktisk erfaring med værkstedsdrift er en fordel, men ikke et krav
- Har en god forretnings- og systemforståelse og kan se sammenhænge
- Er komfortabel med MS Office og har let ved at lære nye digitale værktøjer
- Kommunikerer klart på dansk og engelsk (svensk er en fordel, men ikke et krav)
