Consultative Sales Executive managing B2B sales processes from qualification to closure. Driving client relationships and ensuring tailored solutions based on client needs.
Responsibilities
Lead the consultative sales process from the first qualified contact through to closing;
Conduct regular commercial visits with existing and prospective clients;
Hold diagnostic meetings to understand customer needs, challenges and objectives;
Deliver presentations tailored to the client’s identified needs;
Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized solutions aligned with each client’s situation;
Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information and reliable forecasting;
Lead negotiations, align expectations and handle commercial discussions with decision-makers;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with prospective and active clients;
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, support, marketing) to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience;
Monitor performance KPIs such as conversion rate and forecast accuracy, among others;
Participate in events, demonstrations and presentations that strengthen the company’s market presence;
Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Healthcare or related fields);
Training in SPIN Selling, consultative selling, negotiation techniques and diagnostic methods;
Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial productivity and automation tools;
Knowledge of the market and segments served by the company;
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales;
Ability to conduct presentations, negotiations and meetings with decision-makers;
Experience using CRM and managing a sales pipeline;
Experience with high-ticket sales involving multiple stakeholders is a plus;
Previous experience in technology, services or enterprise solutions is a plus.
