Responsibilities
Increase revenue: You will take on part of the founders' sales responsibilities and build your own pipeline to accelerate growth.
Build the "machine": You will help us develop a repeatable sales engine — including processes and playbooks — to prepare us for scaling.
Requirements
Experience: 4–5 years in software sales (with at least 2–3 years in closing / as an AE).
Prior experience selling SaaS to SMBs is a major plus.
Hunter mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You have a proven track record in outbound acquisition and are prepared to generate approximately 70% of your own pipeline (self-sourcing).
Process designer: You don’t just follow a script — you improve it. You have a structured approach and will help us develop scalable sales playbooks and materials.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You don't need a manager to tell you hourly what to do. You thrive in dynamic startup environments and take responsibility independently.
Languages: Native-level German and business-fluent English. (An additional EU language, e.g. Italian, is a bonus).
