About the role

  • Administrative Assistant managing financial routines, validating invoices, and ensuring payment processes. Hybrid work environment based in Paulínia, São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Make value adjustments and update payment methods, ensuring correct system configuration.
  • Process payment transfers and settle boleto payments (bank slips).
  • Receive, check, and validate Notas Fiscais (tax invoices).
  • Provide support and clarify payment-related queries.
  • Compile and consolidate amounts, ensuring the accuracy of information for control and audit purposes.
  • Update closing reports in the system, ensuring consistency of financial information.
  • Monitor spreadsheets daily, performing critical analysis of listed invoices to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in financial administrative routines.
  • Experience in checking, validating, and posting Notas Fiscais (tax invoices).
  • Experience with payment processing and settling boleto payments (bank slips).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
