Provide support and clarify payment-related queries.
Compile and consolidate amounts, ensuring the accuracy of information for control and audit purposes.
Update closing reports in the system, ensuring consistency of financial information.
Monitor spreadsheets daily, performing critical analysis of listed invoices to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in financial administrative routines.
Experience in checking, validating, and posting Notas Fiscais (tax invoices).
Experience with payment processing and settling boleto payments (bank slips).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
