Responsibilities
Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations
Track, record and report attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance
Handle invoices, distribute to appropriate departments for approval
Establish accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous items
Assist with the creation and submission of project billing
Coordinate job packages including locates, permits, materials
Ensure and assist in the completion of accident reports
Greet all visitors positively
Maintain an organized filing system on site
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration; construction experience is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents)
SAP knowledge is an asset
Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal information
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
