About the role

  • Sales Assistant specializing in prospecting and qualifying clients for Synergie Consulting's ERP solutions. Engaging in digital prospecting and CRM management to drive sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Client Prospecting and Qualification: Prospect new customers (initial outreach), qualify leads, and engage potential clients.
  • Prospecting Tools: Proficient in using prospecting tools (such as LinkedIn, RD Station, Ramper, Speedio).
  • Opportunity Management: Review the CRM and identify business opportunities, monitoring the sales pipeline.
  • Lead Acquisition Strategy: Create and monitor strategies to increase the acquisition of qualified leads (via digital and other channels).
  • Content Creation: Produce relevant content for external and internal audiences.
  • Follow-up and Reporting: Perform follow-ups with the team and generate reports on channel effectiveness, sales, ROI, etc.
  • Productivity and Organization: Organize schedule, time blocks, and client interactions to maximize daily productivity.
  • Alignment and Targets: Stay aligned with the team regarding deadlines, scheduling, and targets, and meet SLA and TMA as instructed.
  • Continuous Development: Participate in forums, webinars, debates, case studies, and trainings on technical topics and sales strategies (Salesforce, new business, commercial, etc.) that support the role's activities.
  • Professional Conduct: Always act clearly and transparently with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Compliance: Follow organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Confidentiality: Protect the company’s intellectual capital and the confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

  • Digital Prospecting Skills: Proficiency in techniques and tools for acquiring customers through digital channels.
  • CRM and Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM analysis and involvement in sales and new business strategies.
  • Communication and Transparency: Strong communication skills and the ability to act clearly and transparently.
  • Analytical Ability: Capability to analyze data, reports, and metrics (ROI, channel effectiveness).
  • Self-Management: Ability to organize one’s own schedule to achieve high productivity.
