About the role
- Conducting surveillance and monitoring activities validating compliance against governance controls. Develop and execute testing for the Growth processes while reporting to the VP Growth Surveillance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP Growth Surveillance Manager, the primary responsibility is to conduct surveillance and monitoring activities that validate compliance against governance controls.
- Develop and execute recurring surveillance testing for the defined testing scope within a surveillance review.
- Document detailed test instructions and results to surveillance documentation standards and meet required deadlines.
- Analyze test results to identify defect categorization and root cause.
- Make recommendations on final test outcomes to Growth surveillance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or in-lieu of degree, 5+ years in reporting, governance, risk management, audit, compliance, or Growth experience.
- 2+ years in reporting, governance, risk management, audit, compliance, or Growth experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience applying analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working independently and meeting SLA's and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
