Responsibilities
Independently plan and conduct on-site meetings with healthcare professionals (primary target groups: orthopedists, pain specialists, general practitioners, neurologists).
Present our digital therapy and actively support healthcare professionals interested in prescribing Kaia Back Pain.
Gather relevant product insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement appropriate measures.
Demonstrate a confident and persuasive approach in conversations with pre-qualified and unqualified prospects.
Actively participate in congresses and professional conferences, with targeted activation and maintenance of your professional network.
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, product usage, and market activities.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Use our CRM system in a structured way for planning and documenting customer activities.
Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to further develop compelling sales materials.
Requirements
Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative, a qualification in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, e.g., in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Poise and persuasive rhetorical skills to turn objections into opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and flexibility for regular travel within the assigned region.
Good understanding of technology and the ability to learn and communicate the benefits of a digital therapy.
Experience with sales and CRM software to document and follow up on customer activities.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C2).
