About the role

  • PMO Analyst supporting planning, coordination, and governance of complex programmes within the energy sector at Sword. Ensure delivery frameworks followed while managing risks, issues, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across planning, scheduling, reporting and governance activities.
  • You will maintain project documentation, track milestones and dependencies, and support the management of risks, issues and change controls.
  • Ensure project artefacts are kept up to date, provide consolidated reporting to stakeholders and help drive adherence to delivery frameworks and standards.
  • Assist with financial tracking, resource forecasting and RAID processes, and work closely with project teams to ensure information is accurate and aligned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function to strengthen delivery discipline and consistency.

Requirements

  • You will bring experience in a PMO or project support role within technical, regulated or enterprise environments, ideally within energy, utilities or critical national infrastructure.
  • You will have strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams of information and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Confidence working with planning tools, RAID management and reporting frameworks is important, as is the ability to communicate clearly with both project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • You will be someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys creating order and consistency, and brings a proactive, detail-focused approach to supporting the delivery lifecycle
