About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst focusing on development initiatives at Nitro. Supporting organizational culture and performance enhancement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work on learning and development processes, from needs assessment through execution and evaluation of results;
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, supporting team development programs;
  • Actively participate in the annual performance evaluation cycle, including calibration sessions, and monitor action plans and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Promote team and leadership engagement in organizational climate initiatives;
  • Support organizational culture and change management initiatives;
  • Engage and monitor employees in trainings delivered through Nitro Corporate University, reporting metrics to the responsible management and directors;
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups with corporate leadership, proposing solutions and mediating key issues related to People subsystems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
  • Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate)
  • Experience working as an HR business partner and/or in organizational development
  • Experience with leadership development programs
  • Experience with employee engagement/climate tools, performance management tools or LMS
  • Continuous improvement-oriented profile
