About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst focusing on client relationships for Linx, a technology solutions company in retail. Driving growth and managing customer experience through effective communication and proactive support.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service via WhatsApp with clear, assertive communication.
  • Conducting in-person and online meetings.
  • Monitoring client progress, aiming for growth and stability of integrations.
  • Weekly reporting of activities to leadership.
  • Communicating with internal teams such as RC, R&D and Finance.
  • Participating in results presentation meetings.
  • Mapping and offering complementary solutions that contribute to expansion targets.
  • Acting proactively, anticipating issues and identifying opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in customer service with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Knowledge of marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Sales-oriented (commercial) profile.
  • Proactive, organized, and with strong self-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of integrations.
