About the role

  • Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships and on-the-ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptions
  • Continuously optimise campaigns and A/B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer value
  • Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategy
  • Own conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from organic/paid content, lifecycle marketing, SEO and promotions
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CAC

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in driving growth at a leading consumer subscription company
  • Expertise running and optimizing ad campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
  • Experience with SEO/GEO
  • Experience leveraging metrics, KPIs and data to generate creative ideas
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • Avid user of the SwingVision app
