Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of HR team focused on recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers

  • Partner closely with leaders and employees to contribute to staffing needs and long-term people strategy
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 3+ years of human resources experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
