Responsibilities
You support the analysis and optimization of the customer journey across the entire company
Additionally, you assist in running customer- and employee-centered workshops and surveys
You are responsible for analyzing survey and interview data and presenting the results in a clear, visual way
You analyze KPIs that put customers and employees at the center
You prepare research and presentations on topics related to organizational and cultural development
You contribute to documenting organizational structures, processes, and interfaces
Requirements
You are a enrolled student in business/economics, the humanities, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field
You can support us for at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 2 years; full-time work is possible during semester breaks
You are familiar with common Office programs and with using survey tools
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in process and project management
You have had first exposure to HR topics and customer analyses
You work in a structured way and demonstrate empathy, curiosity, and creativity
