Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and selection criteria
Build and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across regions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Build and maintain strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Provide guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, interview feedback, and candidate data
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or regions (global exposure is a plus)
Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines independently
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with recruiting tools and ATS systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
