Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for solution sales and technical go-to-market roles
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Leaders to understand solution portfolios and market trends
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for passive talent
  • Translate technical and commercial requirements into job advertisements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and candidate profiles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through offer acceptance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, or Sales-aligned technical roles
  • VAR, systems integrator, managed services, or IT solutions provider environments
  • Solid understanding of solution-based selling models and how technical roles support revenue
  • Proven success sourcing passive, quota-carrying and technical pre-sales talent
  • Ability to credibly engage with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and Sales Leaders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple technologies (AI, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, security, services, etc.)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
