About the role

  • Technical Recruiter responsible for recruiting in Solution Sales and pre-sales hiring for an IT solutions provider. Collaborating with sales leadership to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for solution sales and technical go-to-market roles
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Leaders to understand solution portfolios
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Manage offers, compensation discussions, and close candidates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience in Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, or Sales-aligned technical roles
  • Solid understanding of solution-based selling models
  • Proven success sourcing passive, quota-carrying and technical pre-sales talent
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience recruiting across multiple technologies (AI, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, security, services)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
