Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment – Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process from screening, scheduling, closing/offers/onboarding.
  • Candidate sourcing.
  • University Recruiting.
  • Working closely with leadership and hiring teams to implement and execute hiring plans.
  • Helping to develop and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Conducting competitive intelligence research.
  • Managing third party agency engagements.
  • Constantly learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
  • Technical and business acumen.
