About the role

  • Technical Sourcer engaging and sourcing passive candidates for Fidelity's Strategic Sourcing Team. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and navigating agile recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Source experienced talent from underrepresented groups
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to build sourcing strategies
  • Engage and activate passive candidates using marketing mentality
  • Navigate through ambiguity and shifting priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting including Agency and corporate recruiting
  • 1+ year of experience in a sourcing function
  • Knowledge of relevant sourcing tools and CRM’s
  • Consultative ability to build relationships with hiring managers
  • Fundamental understanding of agile principles
  • Background in sourcing/recruiting technical talent in Cloud, Data Engineering & Mobile is a plus
