- ML, Software Engineering, Product 등 핵심 기술 포지션의 전반적인 채용 프로세스 기획 및 운영
- 후보자 다이렉트 소싱, 스크리닝, 인터뷰 조율, 처우협의까지 전체 채용 프로세스 관리
- 데이터를 기반으로 한 채용 프로세스 및 효율성 개선
- 후보자 경험 개선을 위한 전략 기획 및 실행
- 트웰브랩스의 채용 브랜딩을 위한 캠페인 기획 및 실행
- 채용 과정에서 다양한 이해관계자(팀 리더, HR, 외부 에이전시 등)와의 긴밀한 협업
Requirements
- 4년 이상의 테크니컬 리크루팅 경험이 있으며, 우수한 기술 인재를 직접 소싱하고 채용한 검증된 성과를 보유하신 분
- 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 의사소통이 가능하신 분
- 채용 프로세스를 직접 설계하고 운영한 경험이 있으며, 규모있는 채용에 대한 자신감과 열정을 가진 분
- 채용 지표에 대한 이해도가 높고, 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 할 수 있는 분
- 빠르게 성장하는 환경에서도 유연하게 일하며 성과를 만들어낸 경험이 있으신 분
- 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 역량을 바탕으로, 후보자, 채용 매니저, 리더십과의 신뢰를 만들어 나가실 수 있는 분
- 임원진과의 파트너십 경험이 있으신 분
