About the role

  • New Business Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships. Engaging in presentations and demonstrations of SaaS solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, events).
  • Deliver presentations and demos of our SaaS solution to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Production, and Software Development to incorporate customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Ideally experience in B2B sales and in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Passion for sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented approach and strong perseverance.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and common office applications.
