Responsibilities
- Own the knowledge and associated resources for the assigned centralized core Sunrun functions.
- Design, manage, and refine core learning assets.
- Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules.
- Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized.
- Act as a thought partner to business leaders by consulting on problems and goals before designing a solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement.
- Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a 'Single Source of Truth' to eliminate content sprawl.
- Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies.
- Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana.
- Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to take 'technical jargon' and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction.
- Understands how to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can execute on information clarity through change.
- Proven ability to thrive in a 'lean team' environment, prioritizing high-impact work without needing constant oversight.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
