Responsibilities
Own the knowledge and associated resources for the assigned centralized core Sunrun functions.
Design, manage, and refine core learning assets.
Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules.
Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized.
Act as a thought partner to business leaders by consulting on problems and goals before designing a solution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement.
Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a 'Single Source of Truth' to eliminate content sprawl.
Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies.
Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana.
Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate preferred.
Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
Ability to take 'technical jargon' and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction.
Understands how to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can execute on information clarity through change.
Proven ability to thrive in a 'lean team' environment, prioritizing high-impact work without needing constant oversight.
