About the role

  • Social Seller leveraging social media for genuine connections and opportunity generation in a financial investment company. Looking for a proactive communicator with a genuine interest in people.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate new connections with qualified leads (CDP/MQL), tailoring the approach to each profile
  • Engage in conversations with leads who have already shown interest on social media
  • Reply to comments and direct messages with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine intent
  • Support the pre-warming of sessions and strategic opportunities via direct messages
  • Log interactions with attention to detail, ensuring fluidity in the sales funnel
  • Quickly route qualified leads to the sales team
  • Follow the lead’s journey through to the sales team, ensuring a consistent experience
  • Share feedback with the marketing team regarding lead quality and audience perception

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
  • Clear and correct written communication in Portuguese
  • A genuine interest in talking to, listening to, and understanding people
  • Organized, good time management, and able to work autonomously
  • Comfortable with digital tools and curious about technology and AI (ChatGPT is a plus 😉)
  • Attention to detail and self-management skills
  • Collaborative, proactive profile with an exceptional drive to get things done
  • Prior experience with social selling, pre-sales (SDR), or commercial roles (advantage)
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification (advantage)
  • Interest in the financial market and a willingness to learn about investments (advantage)
  • Strategic use of social networks such as Instagram and LinkedIn (advantage)
