About the role

  • CRM Specialist optimizing HubSpot to enhance client experiences and support internal teams. Leading improvements and providing technical assistance within the CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with internal clients to monitor HubSpot implementations and improvements;
  • Configure tasks and automations (workflows, forms, lists and pipelines) across all modules;
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues in a consultative manner;
  • Maintain **governance and organization** of HubSpot accounts and databases;
  • Support client **education and enablement**, promoting autonomy and best practices;
  • Document learnings and propose continuous improvements to CRM operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with **HubSpot across all modules**;
  • Experience in **CRM implementation, configuration or governance**;
  • Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to understand client problems and propose appropriate solutions.
