Responsibilities
Conduct weekly meetings with internal clients to monitor HubSpot implementations and improvements;
Configure tasks and automations (workflows, forms, lists and pipelines) across all modules;
Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues in a consultative manner;
Maintain **governance and organization** of HubSpot accounts and databases;
Support client **education and enablement**, promoting autonomy and best practices;
Document learnings and propose continuous improvements to CRM operations.
Requirements
Previous experience with **HubSpot across all modules**;
Experience in **CRM implementation, configuration or governance**;
Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to understand client problems and propose appropriate solutions.
