Responsibilities
Process Plan Member Update Forms and extend disability benefits
Assist clients with the CPP/QPP application process
Follow up with clients regarding part-time earnings
Prepare and close LTD files upon expiry
Review and update Power of Attorney / Authorization information
Manage address and EFT (electronic funds transfer) changes
Investigate returned mail
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Create an environment that promotes team member accountability and autonomy
Represent Sun Life professionally, both internally and externally, and collaborate effectively with partners and clients
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
