Responsibilities
Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect System
Maintain Holman PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updates
Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman PartnerConnect
Functions as SME in all facets of the Holman PartnerConnect system
Directs and hosts Holman PartnerConnect training requests
Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman PartnerConnect
Works directly with database team to develop customized reporting
Perform systems testing as required
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Business Objects application
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center
Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systems
