Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy for mobile and industrial markets
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers
  • Strengthen and expand strategic supplier partnerships
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities
  • Drive profitable growth through pricing discipline and margin management
  • Elevate sales execution, accountability, and performance standards
  • Play a critical role on the leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the hydraulic business and influencing company-wide growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
  • Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
