Responsibilities

  • You proactively and creatively research potential new customers and establish the initial contact
  • You analyze your customers' needs, guide them through the entire sales process, and develop the optimal solution for their corporate portraits
  • You build and independently manage your own customer portfolio
  • You establish the entire sales structure in Germany and are responsible for driving growth
  • You challenge internal processes and proactively propose optimizations and efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • Experience developing a market territory and ideally knowledge of international SaaS sales
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales and customer retention: you listen actively, ask targeted questions, and identify customer needs
  • Initial experience in B2B customer service is essential
  • Structured, independent, and organized working style
  • High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel to potential customers within Germany
