About the role

  • Internship in sales supporting the growth of a B2B workspace solutions startup in Germany. 3-month commitment aiming to enhance lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are empathetic and communicative, and are not afraid to tackle difficult or sensitive subjects.
  • You help design and develop our sales strategy.
  • You identify and target lead sources.
  • You maintain, track, and manage all leads in Pipedrive.
  • You analyze the success of our sales activities.
  • You support the entire sales funnel from initial contact through to closing.
  • You prepare proposals and coordinate closely with customers.
  • You actively work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • You document all activities in Pipedrive.

Requirements

  • You are studying economics, business administration, or a related field and are seeking an engaging role for a required internship.
  • You are available to support us for a 3-month period.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • You work independently and reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
  • You are confident, committed, and enjoy presenting.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
