Responsibilities
Help customers achieve their goals in energy efficiency, basement waterproofing, indoor air quality, and comfort upgrades
Meet customers in their homes, listen carefully to their needs and goals
Assess energy efficiency opportunities using building science diagnostics
Recommend solutions and work through the entire sales process, including contracting, production hand-off, and project-end quality assurance review
Requirements
3–5 years of in-home sales experience in residential energy audits, weatherization, insulation, basement waterproofing, or related fields
BPI Certified Building Analyst
Experience working with Efficiency Maine rebates and program requirements
Knowledge of residential building codes
Ability to navigate in small spaces (e.g. attics and crawlspaces)
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to wear a respirator
Ability to lift and carry 35 lb.
